Wec Oct. 6th

I was really struggling today on the universal instrument.  I couldn't understand the wrist movement, toe,  etc.  I was able to understand which end of the the instrument to use.  I am going to need some extra help for this instrument.  I get easily frustratied if I don't understand, or able to get a concept down, and right now I am really frustrated.  I will practice, practice, and practice the bowling ball theory.
